End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developers of the "Friend Battle" mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or create derivative works based on the App.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
